The sense of luxury begins with the polished stone floor all over the house, typical of a boastful luxurious hotel lobby, goes on with the inbuilt speakers in every division (even the bathrooms) with independent tuning, central heating, air conditioning in every division and many other sprinkles of good taste and luxury that need to be seen in person.</p>
<p>The ground floor is comprised of a large airy and sunny living room with large comfortable leather couches and a large plasma TV sitting on top of a beautiful inbuilt gas fireplace, a separate area of the living room is reserved for the dining table that can sit six. The kitchen is top of the line, large inbuilt oven, microwave, inbuilt coffee machine, water purifier, quality cupboards and a breakfast stone tabletop. Also in the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, 1 twin en-suite and 1 twin, all of them with direct access to the garden.</p>
<p>The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite twin bedroom and the master en-suite that is a king size bedroom with a king size bathroom, suitable even for royalty. This bedroom also has a private balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs.</p>
<p>The basement has a separate laundry and utilities room, a service bathroom with shower, a snooker table, tennis table and table football. Great for some quality time in the evening or for when the sun is too strong to be outside.</p>

The garden is beautiful and well taken care of, mature hedges make up the fence at the front and all around the property. At the back there is a practice putting green for some afternoon fun and of course there’s a swimming pool with a separate kids pool, all secluded from prying eyes.</p>
<p>There’s a covered BBQ in front of the kitchen and plenty of table seats in the outside furniture for some alfresco dining in the evening. Sun loungers are also readily available.</p>

Starting from the bottom up, a large garage can easily and safely accommodate a couple of cars. From the garage you go up the stairs to the fully functional open plan kitchen overlooking the living room with a cozy inviting atmosphere. On the first floor there is one en suite bedroom and a service bathroom. Up the stairs you can find 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.</p>

The outside patio is fully enclosed in mature hedges that provide total privacy from the surroundings. There’s a swimming pool that is big enough to provide hours of fun and entertainment to all the family as well as a slide that can be placed to slip directly into the pool. For the kids there’s also a swing set and a trampoline positioned on top of the grass to keep kids happy and injury free.<br />
For the grown-ups there is a charcoal BBQ for your summer sunset alfresco meals in the comfortable patio table for six. For the lazy moments you can use the cozy seats in the wooden deck just by the pool, just be sure to use the existing large sunshade for the peak summer hours.</p>

Brisa Marina has a ensuite bedroom with a double bed, this room has direct access to the other bedroom through a sliding door making it ideal for parents wishing to be within easy reach of their children. The other bedroom having a bunk bed is appropriate for kids, teenagers or anyone else with a flexible enough body and a young mind. This bedroom also has a door other than the one accessing the ensuite bedroom. There&#8217;s a service WC in the hallway.<br />
The apartment also has a sofa bed in the living room, easy to open and close and comfortable for both grown-ups and children.</p>
<p>The apartment is spacious, well decorated, with a modern and clean kitchen and bathrooms. There’s also a comfortable patio furniture set for the apartment terrace where you can have your breakfast and meals alfresco.</p>

<p>According to the organization&#8217;s director, Peter Grimster, &#8220;Portugal has been at the heart of the golf tourism industry during the last three decades and knew how to consolidate itself as one of Europe&#8217;s top destinations.&#8221;</p>
<p>About the election of the Algarve to host the event in 2012, Peter Grimster further stated that &#8220;the quality of golf courses and &#8216;resorts&#8217; are exceptional.&#8221; &#8220;We will have all the necessary logistics to organize a truly amazing event,&#8221; he predicted. The president of the Algarve Tourism Association (ATA), António Pina, &#8220;to host the IGTM is a pride for Portugal and the Algarve.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;This event provides a unique opportunity for the region to promote golf as a destination of excellence and mark its position as the scene of major international events,&#8221; stressed the head.</p>
