The sense of luxury begins with the polished stone floor all over the house, typical of a boastful luxurious hotel lobby, goes on with the inbuilt speakers in every division (even the bathrooms) with independent tuning, central heating, air conditioning in every division and many other sprinkles of good taste and luxury that need to be seen in person.

The ground floor is comprised of a large airy and sunny living room with large comfortable leather couches and a large plasma TV sitting on top of a beautiful inbuilt gas fireplace, a separate area of the living room is reserved for the dining table that can sit six. The kitchen is top of the line, large inbuilt oven, microwave, inbuilt coffee machine, water purifier, quality cupboards and a breakfast stone tabletop. Also in the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, 1 twin en-suite and 1 twin, all of them with direct access to the garden.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite twin bedroom and the master en-suite that is a king size bedroom with a king size bathroom, suitable even for royalty. This bedroom also has a private balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs.

The basement has a separate laundry and utilities room, a service bathroom with shower, a snooker table, tennis table and table football. Great for some quality time in the evening or for when the sun is too strong to be outside.

The garden is beautiful and well taken care of, mature hedges make up the fence at the front and all around the property. At the back there is a practice putting green for some afternoon fun and of course there’s a swimming pool with a separate kids pool, all secluded from prying eyes.

There’s a covered BBQ in front of the kitchen and plenty of table seats in the outside furniture for some alfresco dining in the evening. Sun loungers are also readily available.
